Once we receive your key, we’ll test all parts (including electronic components) to determine the cause of the issue and required repairs (we also ask you details of this at checkout too, so we fully understand the problem).
Full repair and refurbishment of the key, remote and casing is included in the price of the service – as well as insured courier collection and return of the key, for your peace of mind.
We are not copying/replacing the key, so neither you nor your vehicle need to be present as part of the service.
Internal and external components, casing and buttons are used to restore your key to a brand-new, fully working condition.
Once the repair has been carried out the remote key is tested again to confirm the functionality has been restored.
In most cases, repaired keys are returned to customers within two days of courier collection.
